SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
When will I receive my goods?
UK orders selected with standard shipping takes 2-3 days to be delivered from dispatch date. Occasionally due to situations beyond our control, with third-party courier services some orders may take longer. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. At present we only ship within the UK.
Can cancel/amend my order?
Our team works hard to pick and pack your orders a quickly as possible. There is a very limited amount of time after an order has been placed, when we may be able to cancel or amend your order, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact Customer Service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly ensure to enter your your order number in the subject header.
As we are unable to cancel or amend orders that have already been processed, we request that you follow the return instructions as per below.
Our return policy
0.1 We hope you are completely satisfied with your Sugaring London purchase, however if you if you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us using our email: email@example.com stating your order number, reasons for return and the date the order was returned. All other terms and conditions related to returns and refunds applies.
0.2 We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 21 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 21 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method. Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition: Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
0.3 You must send it back to the below address: Webshop returns, Sugaring London, 32 Uxbridge Street, London, W8 7TA. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
0.4 We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
0.5 If you have returned the Products to us under this clause because they are faulty or mis-described, we will examine the Product as quickly as possible. If the non-compliant nature of the Product is confirmed by us, we will refund the price of the Product in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us (upon production of an applicable receipt).
Receiving your refund
Once we have received your package, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued without delay.
Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be aware that this varies by bank and payment methods, and that PayPal transactions show immediately.
If your card has expired since placing the order, please contact Customer Service to make alternative arrangements.
I have cancelled my order, how long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed.Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue.
I have asked for a refund, how I will be refunded?
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card.
My order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, what should I do ?
For UK Standard orders, please check if the courier have left you a calling card. If so, please follow the steps to rearrange delivery at a convenient time. If not, please contact our team who’ll be able to help you: firstname.lastname@example.org
